Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, choose your items, select your size, and add to cart. Proceed to checkout and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) within Pakistan.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order will have entered processing. Email us at hello@deosaipret.store as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. International orders typically take 7–14 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000 within Pakistan.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use this to track your parcel on our courier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with original tags. Sale items are final sale. Please see our Returns & Exchange Policy for full details.

Do you offer refunds?
We offer store credit or exchanges. Cash refunds are not available at this time.

Are your sizes true to fit?
Our sizes follow standard Pakistani sizing. We recommend checking our size chart and, if you're between sizes, sizing up for comfort.

Do you offer custom stitching?
